Our one bedroom ground floor apartment is perfect for a single business person or a couple, whether short term or long term. 

Close to town and within walking distance to train station, the accommodation is conveniently situated for either local Troon employment, Ayr, Irvine, Kilmarnock or even Glasgow.

General Electric Company, Spirit Aerosystems & Ardagh are among some of the local companies in which we have provided a service for employees.

This includes, fully furnished, fully equipped, all linen provided and a weekly cleaning service with a fortnightly linen change. All utility bills, Internet, council tax, grounds and garden maintenance are included in the tarriff.

We offer our low peak rate of £400 per week all year around for business customers with a minimum 2 week stay.
